Ordered 12 days ago - No jacket

Maybe it will arrive today. Ordered Dec 6th and was informed my size wasn't avl. so I chose another size. Dec 9th I messaged if my last email was received. The response was that my jacket was just sent out. Dec 13th I received an email stating that my jacket was sent to the sellers address and could I give my address again for expedited shipping. Dec 16th I received this request for a review. I waited 2 days to submit a review to allow for expedited shipping to deliver (5 days after email offering expedited shipping). I still don't have a jacket and am out $100. If it comes today, I'll change or give an updated review.
